Sreeja Kalyan, the younger daughter of Tollywood megastar Chiranjeevi Konidela, has dropped her husband’s surname Kalyan in favour of her father’s surname Sreeja Konidela.
Kalyan and Sreja married in March 2016 and welcomed their first child in 2018. She was previously married to Sirish Bharadwaj before marrying Kalyan Dhev. They split up in 2011 after she filed a harassment complaint against him.
Netizens quickly drew comparisons between Sreeja’s decision to drop her husband’s name and Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s recent split from Naga Chaitanya Akkineni.

Samantha, for the uninitiated, erased Akkineni from all of her social media accounts before officially divorcing Naga Chaitanya.
According to several sources, Sreeja and Kalyan Dhev are getting divorced. As a result, none of the Mega family members endorsed his recent release, ‘Super Machi.’
However, neither party has issued an official declaration.
