Review:
The best part of the movie is that both the superhero and the villain are given superpowers. The superpowers are also believable and not over the top. Very rarely do we see a superhero running in a lungi ( a south Indian attire) over cars to chase the bad buy.
The transformation of a common man to a superhero is also beautifully depicted and played by Tovino Thomas. The comedy scenes in the movie are also decent. And although this is a superhero film, all the things in the movie make sense and are done with proper logic.
But on the flip side, when Jaison remembers his father and the manner in which scenes are showcased looks forced and does not bring out the emotions of the audience, the way they wanted to. By the end of the film, things become a bit predictable as well and a few action sequences were a little bit longer than necessary.
All in all, this is a well-made superhero-based movie with the right dose of action, drama, and comedy.
