The Entertainment District Arc in Demon Slayer has finally achieved its pinnacle, with Tengen Uzui confronting Upper Moon 6 demons Daki and Gyutaro. His meeting with the latter, unfortunately, has put him at a disadvantage. Gyutaro’s flying blood sickles cut him, poisoning him as they broke his skin.
Despite his cheery demeanour, Sound Hashira is plainly concerned about his current situation and how it would affect his capacity to protect Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke.
Gyutaro and Daki have both proven to be formidable adversaries. As the release date of Entertainment District Arc Episode 9 for Demon Slayer Season 2 approaches, things aren’t looking good.

What is the Release Date For Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 9?
New episodes of Demon Slayer Season 2 have continuously been released on Sundays, with each instalment airing in Japan before being distributed globally on Crunchyroll, Funimation, and Hulu not long after. They will be available on streaming platforms at 8:00 a.m. PST.
Episode 9 of the Entertainment District Arc will premiere on Sunday, Jan. 30 at 8 a.m. PST, in keeping with that release strategy. Fans will soon learn what happened to Tanjiro, Tengen, and the rest, barring any unexpected delays.
What else can fans look forward to in Episode 9 of Entertainment District?
Despite the fact that Demon Slayer does not provide a preview at the end of each episode in season 2, the anime does provide episode names ahead of time. The series stated in the most recent post-credits scene that Entertainment District Arc Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 9 will be titled “Defeating an Upper Rank Demon.”
Tengen and the others, who are now fighting Upper Rank 6, will benefit from that name. It’s not a certainty that they’ll all make it out of this storyline alive. The duel with Daki and Gyutaro, on the other hand, is expected to end next week.
