EIFF 2018: Solis (2018) written and directed by Carl Strathie

Here comes the sun - and it's not alright - in this sci-fi survival adventure. While it may remind the viewer of other films (Gravity, Alien and 2001: A Space Odyssey), it's an impressive little effort in its own right with some fine two-hander work between Steven Ogg and Alice Lowe.
